Q) When i take late late dinner it is not digesting properly and also when i wake up in the early morning iam getting chest pain
A) Hello, I would like to know how you feel when you take your meals on time. When we eat late night these problems are common, as body have its own rhythm. When we eat on time than we are able to take enough water and we have proper time gap between eating and sleeping. If we sleep early after meals we may have problem. It is recommended to take easily digestible food on time at night for good digestion.
If you have chest pain than it should be consulted with a physician to rule out other underlying conditions. Please let me know the findings of the physician and the reports of investigations,

The chest discomfort may also be as a result of acidity. In case you are suffering from acidity, avoid spicy and oily and fried food, junk food. Take small meals 3-4 times a day rather than two full meals. If you are taking too much tea or cofy, avoid and limit the number of cups you take every day. Alcohol and smoking is also associated with acidity. Last but not the least stress full lifestyle is also adding to acidity and digestive problems so also mental problems.
