Taking rice, potato, eggs in the diet affect blood pressure

Q) Taking rice, potato, eggs in the diet affect blood pressure

A) Normally salt is restricted in the patients of high blood pressure. Rice, potato, eggs are generally not restricted. In your case it seems the body weight is more (80 kg), therefore you should be careful while choosing food. Any fried, oily and too much carbohydrate should be avoided.

Rice and potato are rich in carbohydrate. Your diet should be balanced. It should contain carbohydrate (moderate) protein and veritable etc with less oil and ghee. You should consult your dietician. He can customize your diet based upon your age weight and height.
