Q) I have low back pain from last 2 years. When I do house hold like washing cloths, vessels cleaning, cooking, sweeping I get heavy back pain on one side. At that time i could not able to walk also. I have consulted many doctors and taken X-ray, the X-ray report is normal. Some of doctors told me that back pain is due to over weight. My height is 5.4 and weight is 75kgs, could you please help me in diagnosing the problem. I have white discharge and then itching also. I read in some books that it is the symptom of cancer is it correct? I am unmarried women working as Lecturer. It pains below the lower abdomen above the right leg (near sex organ).
And also I have frequent urine infection. Culture test report is positive and doctor has prescribed antibiotics. Now it is clear. But when ever i take less water again it pains near to sex organ and urinary. It pains below ribs some times right side and some time left side. My HB % in blood fell down to 6.6% As a result total hair fallen. After treatment HB reached to 12.8% hair is slowly growing now.
Some times during periods i can find heavy periods. Every month when periods start first few drops of discharge will be in dark brown color then normal reddish color. At the end of the periods also i can see 1 drop of dark brown color which indicates bleeding stops. Bleeding is normal for 4 days and cycle is also normal for 28 days. Here i have one doubt bleeding at two places i.e. at the bottom of the pad and at the top of the pad is normal or it is a concern. Please clear this doubt.

I have gone through your problem and history etc. I feel you are worried about many things. Let me clear your doubts one by one. Yes, over weight can cause back pain and also other problems. But it may not be the only reason for your back pain. Main reason could be wrong posture and strain. For time being you should avoid heavy weight lifting and the work which require too much bending of the back. Consult a physiotherapist and learn about proper posture and exercises.
White discharge may be because of many reasons, not only in cancer. At this age when there is no other feature suggesting cancer, we can rule out cancer. If in doubt, get physical examination done. The other reason for discharge is infection. It is also seen during sexual excitement and around menstrual cycle. What is the exact cause we can find out if more about the discharge and personal habits are known to us.
Urinary infections are more common in female than male. You should drink enough water, maintain hygiene. In sexually active females use of condom may be useful; since you are not married it may not be applicable to you. Pain near sex organ may also be because of much reason like infection, injury (during sexual intercourse or masturbation etc) and other diseases etc.
Your menstrual cycle seems normal form the description given. The blood spots at two places, bottom and the top of the pad may be because the blood find way to pass though the edges when the lips of the sexual organ is closed.
